Welcome to the USW Benefit Funds web site.

The USW Benefit Funds are comprised of the following:

  • The PACE Industry Union-Management Pension Fund - PIUMPF
  • The USW Industry 401(k) Fund - 401k
  • The USW HRA Fund - HRA


All three funds are Taft-Hartley Trust Funds that are governed by a Board of Trustees with both labor and management.  All must be negotiated and must be included in the collective bargaining agreement.

 

Announcements

Failure to return a completed Form W-4P could result in a change in your federal income tax withholding to the minimum required amount to be assumed by the Fund under Federal law. If you would like to change the amount, please complete and return Form W-4P which can be found under the Download tab, then in the PIUMPF Documents folder.

The Appeals Committee for the Board of Trustees next meets for the fourth quarter the first week of November.  If you have an appeal that you wish to be brought before the Trustees during this meeting, the deadline to submit your appeal to the Fund Office is Friday, September 16, 2011,
