The USW Benefit Funds are comprised of the following:
All three funds are Taft-Hartley Trust Funds that are governed by a Board of Trustees with both labor and management. All must be negotiated and must be included in the collective bargaining agreement.
The Appeals Committee next meets the week of July 12, 2010. If your pension application has been denied, or if you have items to be presented to the Appeals Committee, the deadline to send those to the Fund Office is Friday, June 18, 2010.
The Board of Trustees next meet the week of November 1, 2010. If you have items that you wish to be brought before the Trustees, the deadline to submit those to the Fund Office is Friday, October 1, 2010.
