Welcome to the USW Benefit Funds web site.

The USW Benefit Funds are comprised of the following:

  • The PACE Industry Union-Management Pension Fund - PIUMPF
  • The USW Industry 401(k) Fund - 401k
  • The USW HRA Fund - HRA


All three funds are Taft-Hartley Trust Funds that are governed by a Board of Trustees with both labor and management.  All must be negotiated and must be included in the collective bargaining agreement.

 

Announcements

The Appeals Committee will meet the week of March 15, 2010 for their quarterly meeting.  If your pension application has been denied, please send your appeal in writing to the Fund Office by Friday, February 12, 2010.

The Trustees next meet the week of May 3, 2010.  If your pension application has been denied, or if you have items to be presented to the Trustees, the deadline to send those to the Fund Office is Friday, April 2, 2010.
