The USW Benefit Funds are comprised of the following:
All three funds are Taft-Hartley Trust Funds that are governed by a Board of Trustees with both labor and management. All must be negotiated and must be included in the collective bargaining agreement.
Failure to return a completed Form W-4P could result in a change in your federal income tax withholding to the minimum required amount to be assumed by the Fund under Federal law. If you would like to change the amount, please complete and return Form W-4P which can be found under the Download tab, then in the PIUMPF Documents folder.

The Benefits and Contracts Committee for the Board of Trustees next meets for the first quarter during the second week of March. If you have an item that you wish to be brought before the Trustees during this meeting, the deadline to submit items to the Fund Office is Friday, February 10, 2012.
